Of all the photos I have loaded, this is one of only a few where I have done any manipulation to the photo. I used Photoshop to convert it from colour to black & white, but I used the infrared option to do it. I really liked the way it turned out with the sky black which makes the building stand out ever more. The town hall was built 1870-1872.
