Found out about this night pool when low tide at Porteau Cove Provincial Park when I last visited here. This night as I arrived with my friend and see the tide is low. I quickly went back to here to see if this pool is there or not. As you see in the shot, this night pool is there.
My friend and I was walking along this pool for like 2 hours, or maybe even more. It was fun to photography along it. The lights from behind the mountain on the right is from Gibson. And on the left side is lights from Vancouver and Lions Bay. There are some clouds blocking partly of the night sky. But Orion's Belt is still clearly visible right above the night pool.
I took 2 shots for this and blended them together in PS. One for the background and another higher ISO for the foreground.
