This photo was taken last summer during my vacation in Puglia, southern Italy.Time
This was one of my first photos taken as long exposure. I arrived in this beautiful beach with my girlfriend, and now we have decided to take a look. Low clouds, wind conditions forte..queste immediately convinced me to take my camera and shoot. The arrow / sign on the sand was already there when I arrived. It was taken around July 2014.Lighting
I pulled out my car fotografica.guardato the sky and did some tests for exposure. the light was fantastic , threatening skies.. Finally I decided to mount the bigstopper and I snapped. 120 seconds of pure passion! when I opened the raw did not seem anything that.. I was probably too busy to continue shooting.Equipment
This was taken with a Nikon D3200 with tokina 11-16 f 2.8 . filter big stopper lee mounted.Inspiration
Often I had come across pictures very dynamic , with long exposures . almost unreal , but at the same time amazing . I fell in love .. then the magical and spectacular coastline of Gargano , in Puglia .. The desire to bring out the bigstopper .. The dense clouds heavy with rain and have inspired me to take this picture , which is definitely my photo preferita..e also one of the most appreciated on ViewBug !Editing
I'm a perfectionist in everything I do. this photo has been retouched over and over agai . but no intensive intervention , because I love to show the beauty of nature. I took the raw, I adjusted lightroom. Improved in photoshop ( eg the sharpness and detail of the sand ) then I turned into black and white, with a slight sepia tone and accentuated the blacks and the lights. last I gave him a bit of vignetting to emphasize the scene. In my camera bag
Use a full frame SLR : Nikon D700 A Nikon 18-35 F3.5-4.5 g a Nikon 80-200 f2.8 ED various filters flash me the port, although not essential could always serve..Feedback
You have to have patience , wait for the right time and definitely equip yourself with filters.. observe the sky is critical to understand what is the right time. given rein to your imagination.. look and you'll know when was the moment. forgot ..ENJOY!
