So how come I seem to be totally blocked from ones that say "Adukt Content". I will be 73 this year. Is that adult enough? lol

The photo was taken at Union 206 Studios in VA. The models name is Ariel Arielita Fulmer. She is a good friend of mine and the camera loves her.Time
It was a late session which took place around 8:30pm. The model was getting quite tired but we finally got the perfect shot.Lighting
For the lighting we used 2 large soft-boxes, one on each side. The strobes allowed us to freeze the motion of her flipping her hair back.Equipment
For this shot I used the Canon Rebel T5i with a 24-105 Canon lens. The most important piece of equipment we used was a 5lbs bag of flower. We dowsed her hair with the flower and told her to make quick movements. It was a lot of mess but it was fun.Inspiration
What inspired me were all the images I saw of people using flower in their shots. I wanted to use the flower, but I wanted to do something different with it. So I decided to do a series of earth, fire, and water shots.Editing
I used Photoshop for all my post production work. By outlining the subject and using some high-pass techniques, I was able to pool off this look.In my camera bag
I usually use my Canon 5D III but it was in the shop. The lights I used where 2 Alien Bees.Feedback
Get your timing perfect. After shooting her flipping hair and flower over and over, it began to synchronize. So be patient and you will get the shot. Also, be prepared to clean up a lot of flower.
