Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken during my Bangalore visit in 2013. I was visited in Nandi Hill, near about 61km away from the Bangalore City. It was the early morning in the month of August. The whole atmosphere was so misty. I love this tinny hill, it was awesome view of this hill.

Time

I remember it was early morning 6 to 7am.

Lighting

Took this shot in natural lighting without using flash and this shot was taken from a slow moving car. Actual atmosphere what I have seen through my naked eye... its was not come on this shot... later I just open this picture in Photoshop and use auto tone... the colour what I am looking for its coming out. I have done nothing else to enhance this picture because I already found what I was looking for.

Equipment

Canon 550D f/8, exposure 1/400, ISO-200, Focal Length 18mm, aperture:3.625 No Flash

Inspiration

The atmosphere... it was misty and just wanted to capture it whole, while on the way to down from the hill.

Editing

Yes, I open this raw picture in photoshop and use the tool Auto Tone, that's it...

In my camera bag

Canon 18 - 135mm, 50mm f1.8, 70 - 300mm lenses.

Feedback

I would like to tell that please do visit Nandi Hill during the month of August & September and I am sure you will find same misty atmosphere, and now its up to you how you use your camera. Its totally the creative thought of the photographer how he capture and present it to the world. But for the beginner I would say try to shoot as many you can and surely you will find atleast 2 or 3 photographs is awesome.
