Looking into his eyes makes you wonder what kind of inner pain he must have to drive him to mutilate his face like this. Some of the piercings look infected. This IS a very haunting photo, but not just for Halloween.

Great subject, why would anyone do this to himself? Lots of pent up emotions, I suppose, to make a statement like this. But the shot is great, I am glad you took it. My hands would not have been steady long enough to get a clear picture.

This is not normal to me, but who am I to judge? The thing that concerns me is the infection he does seem to have because of the piercings. I wonder if anyone has ever tried to humanely understand him. It might take just one caring person to help him with his self esteem, and also guide him to a doctor.

I can't stop looking at this guy. To me, he looks as though he's suffered a lot in his life but what really gets me is, I feel I need take this guy fishing next time I go. His face is a tackle box.
