Lovely portrait, good lighting. Take care not to place objects , this case the hand close to the lens as it steels the attention.

Thank you for your help, the reason I wanted to leave the hand in was deliberate, as was the extra space above the models head, I thoought by showing the relaxed arm and extra space, provoked thought on this particular crop, as opposed to the 'classic' head and shoulders only shot...also as subtle as it may be, I directed the models arms in an inverted 'T' using both forearms, to accentuate the title. I feel as though the hand draws out thought from the viewer..... job done :O)
