I took this photo in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was my first time visiting there and I really enjoyed it.Time
I took this photo when the sun was just setting. I had missed the car ferry so I ended up with extra time to take pictures.Lighting
I wanted this photograph to draw attention to the stunning color of the sunset. I used the silhouettes of the trees and other plants around the area to frame the picture.Equipment

To get a good sunset photo you need to be patient. You have to make sure that you don't have unwanted sunflares in your image.
