This Peacock Butterfly was taken within walking distance of my home. I was the 3rd attempt to photograph it...they don't stay still for long when the Sun's out! One Web source says this is an uncommon sight in the North of Scotland...not for me it isn't...maybe it's our great Nairn micro-climate that does it.
