Excellent image, really not much to improve. May be selecting different backgrounds (Better known buildings) will give a more dramatic effect. Good that you used 100 ISO, by reducing the aperture to about 22 the light trails become sharper.

This is excellent - amazing result! I love how the composition is different from that of many others that I have seen so far on this site; the arch gives extra character and the lighting is well-done. Great work!
