This was taken in the Outer Banks, North Carolina. Like other sea side locations around Virgina and North Carolina there are lots of wild horses. Some come from ships dating back to the 1500's. I am not sure where the origin of these horses are. They galoped within 15 feet of me. I actually stepped back a few feet when they were coming full gallop, because they were heading straight into me. It is truly incredible to experience.
