Location
This photo was taken over a sun dune in Mar de Las Pampas, Argentina. It is a little coastal Village, with street of sand. Very cute to visit.Time
My family and I arrived at the Village for a short break but arrived very early, around 4am, so we had to wait a couple of hours on the coast. This photo was taken at 7:00 am, in one of the many turns we in the dunes.Lighting
The light is natural. I exposed to the sky instead everything else, to capture the silhouette.Equipment
Canon 6d - Canon 24-105 lens. Nothing more...Inspiration
My daughter (5 years), like my son (2 years), are the inspiration of all the portraits I take. She loves me to take pictures of her, plus her love for physical activities, which I think it´s showing very good on the picture.Editing
Not this time, almost nothing was post processed. Just a bit contrast to emphasize the silhouette. In my camera bag
Everything I can carry. From wide angle lens, zoom lens, intervalometers, filters, macro rings, really. Something like 10kg of equipments .... But if i can not, the camera and a zoom lens goes wellFeedback
Not much science behind this, if you want to achieve silhouettes, should position the object in front of the light. Whether the sun, a lamp, or anything that emits light.
