Loch Etive is a sea loch in the west highlands of Scotland. It is accessible only form a single track road that runs west for about 15-20 miles from Rannoch Moor. The stone pier shown is a recent addition built by forestry workers and relaces o previous wooden structure that was built in the 1800's when steamer trips used to run from Oban on the coast.
