Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken just outside Crested butte on our way to Carbondale and then onto Glenwood Springs Colorado! The Aspen trees were so beautiful.

Time

This photo was taken mid afternoon.

Lighting

The sun was shining on the side of these Aspen trees so it was picking up all the beauty of the trees.

Equipment

I used my Nikon camera to take this picture. We were in the car and the picture was taken out the window as we were driving by this group of trees.

Inspiration

I was inspired to take this photo because of the beauty of this cluster of Aspen trees and once I took the picture I began to research these trees more and found them to not only be beautiful but medicinal as well.

Editing

I did not do any post processing.

In my camera bag

I usually only have an extra battery in my camera bag.

Feedback

My advice for others trying to capture something similar is that if you feel something from what you see take as many pictures as you can, you never know what you may see once you have captured your feelings.
