Behind The Lens

Location

The picture is directly from the kitchen o

Time

This is a flashlight shot so the time doesn't matter :)

Lighting

I used 2 soft box flashes in a 45° angle, behind and in frontof the dish.

Equipment

I used the Canon 5D MKII, freehand with a 24-105 1:4 EF lens. 2 Multiblitz profilux 500 flashes with a Softbox on it.

Inspiration

There was no inspiration it is just a part of my work to shot all different type of product :)

Editing

Yes i had to cutout the dish and add a new shadow under it. The colours are pushed a bit an i removed a lot of air holes in the side of the chocolate mousse..

In my camera bag

A good old Workhorse : 5D MKII my new 5D MKIII for lowlight situations. A wide Angle Lens for tyhe inside of buildings and rooms. , Macro lens for all the small stuff out there :) an a good tele lens for Streetphotography :)

Feedback

Try to get the best looking dish possible to get less post processing.
