As far as I remember, one 400WS flash head bounced on the rightside wall, soft box on the left side and a small 200WS for the rim light, coming from behind the model.Equipment

The shot was created for the model's blog ( Chic with curves is a blog dedicated to plus-size fashion and style), which I did not know before that day. She showed up and we spent the afternoon shooting pictures, in the studio as well as in the country around. There is an area between portraiture and fashion which I specially enjoy; I wanted to keep away from the fashion clichés ("porno chic" was all the rage back at the time, which I never appreciated). Playing with offscreen (the model looks at the outside of the picture) and a bit of action (the flying purse) seemd a good way to create a moment. Clic!Editing

In the meantime I started working a lot for wine makers and tourism-related companies (from campsites to museums, outdoor activities to luxury hotels and restaurants). Most of the time I don't have a photo bag but a car trunk of photo gear! Most of the time : drone, two battery-operated studio flashes, 2 speedlights, a bunch of light tripods, gels, reflectors, softboxes and umbrellas. In THE bag: two Canon 5Ds, one speedlight with remote trigger, filters, batteries, my favorite 35mm, T/S lenses, 3 zoom lenses to cover from 17mm to 200.Feedback
