Behind The Lens

Location
This photo was taken by where the lake meets a river, at Forfjord, Andøy, northern norway, oct 19 2014.
Time
I checked the aurora predictions and weather forecast at the afternoon, and i packed my gear and headed out because i knew that the aurora boreoalis was showing up that evening:-)
Lighting
Aurora boreoalis showes the best and most when there is now other lights around where i shot this image.
Equipment
Canon 5d mk2 fullframe, and a af-s 14-24 g ed f/2.8 lense
Inspiration
The northern lights always inspiring me, because is so unpredictable, and comes in different shapes and colours.
Editing
Usually i take my images in RAW files, and i adjust a little bit of noise reduction, add sharpening and so, in LR 5
In my camera bag
