Location
tamarama beach sydney australiaTime
the shot was taken early dawn around 630 amLighting
the light was becoming stronger as the sun rose higher and after shooting the peacock from different angles i decided to see if i could catch the sun through the peacocks eye i did use a neutral density filter to help lower the back lash from the direct sunlightEquipment
this was shot with canon 7d f5.0 18-55 mm with neutral density filter set at nd4Inspiration
i was looking to shoot something different from the normal sunrise shots in a different way and came across the peacock which was on displayEditing
no post editing was involvedIn my camera bag
i try to limit my load but sometimes it pays to take a little extra gearFeedback
when i find something different i like i try to shoot it from every angle and then once i check them at home i go back and re shoot the angles i like with any adjustments that are needed to get that special shot. i have learnt in my travels life is too short to miss any shot so shoot shoot shoot and shoot again
