Location
This was taken off trail in the Cuyahoga Valley National forest. One the top National parks in the US.Time
Early morning just after sunrise, infact it was still coming up.Lighting
it was difficult because the gopro does not have a whole lot of settings. A lot of trial and error. It was either to dark or the sun just washed everything out. Experimenting with the lighting is the best way to go.Equipment
Gopro hero 3, extension stick and my phone to view what the camera was seeing. To be honest I do not think I really saw this pic until I got home.Inspiration
The colors in the trees and the light was just shining perfectly through the leaves.Editing
I used Photoshop to do some basic enhancements. In my camera bag
I am always hiking so I try to travel lightly. So just basics. That I am really good at leaving the tripod at home.Feedback
Think outside the box and go with your gut feeling. If it really hits you or appeals to you and you get that gut feeling. Push the button!! Dont miss the moment.
