A Cannon Power Shot 200 ( Digital "Point and Shoot") with a 12X zoom, hand held. Bear was about 30 yards away, proudly bringing me a trophy leaf. (As he got older he brought me bigger leaves. This one was a real mouthful.)Inspiration
Bear had been bringing me leaves since he was a kitten, and I always took a photo if there was a camera handy. There are dozens of photographs. Sometimes he dragged in small branches that had lots of leaves, making it difficult for him to walk. Once, he completely surrounded my car with mouthfuls of leaves! The "presents" always had to be carefully selected out in the woods, sometimes taking him 20-30 minutes to find.Editing
The bottom of the photo was cropped. I don't have Photoshop or Lightroom.In my camera bag
I now have a Cannon Rebel Eos SL1 with two lenses and a Cannon Power Shot SX700HS, and use a tripod.Feedback
It is nice to carry a small pocket-size camera so you don't miss opportunities like this one.
