Listed with the Victorian heritage register,Coop's shot tower was built in 1888.Saved from demolition in 1973 and in 1991 incorporated into the Melbourne central shopping complex.The dome which encases the tower is 84 metres high and my brother- in- law worked on the steel and glass structure.A favourite place of mine to shop when we visit the city!
