I like spiders... well I'm scared of them but they are very photogenic. Wouldn't go that close to one like this one, though. Is it a black widow?

It's a red back! They usually stay under the chair, table, somewhere that you can't see :)

This is a great photo. Proud that you can take it. My absolute biggest fear is spiders. That kind is awful .... Gives me chill bumps.

Neurotoxin? The Sa Cap black widow has somewhat similar markings.. Doctors journals describe the bite as painful and frightening to the victim... Considering the same manual refers to a broken rib with the term discomfort.. I would keep well clear of those little fangs... How big is this one?
