May they all rest in peace and glory. This image of yours honors them well.

Location
Brookwood Cemetery, Surrey, UK several years back when I first got my Nikon 70-200mm F/2.8 AF-S VRII and was eager to try it out.Time
Midday-early afternoon. It was dull overcast day so sun position was not really an issue.Lighting
Flat, overcast day with soft light which is idea for B&W photography.Equipment
Nikon D700 with Nikon 70-200mm F/2.8 AF-S VRIIInspiration
I was moved by the cemetery but this 'unknown' grave grabbed my attention. It was also positioned perfectly for this photograph, placed second from front.Editing
Crop, conversion to B&W and darkened the background foliage. In my camera bag
Nikon D800, Tamron 24-70mm F/2.8 VC USD, Nikon 70-200mm F/2.8 AF-S VRII, Nikon TC-20E AF-S, SB900Feedback
Take your time with the framing. A slight movement or slightly lower or higher perspective can make all the difference.
