Excellent panning, pin sharp focusing and incredible detail, but didn't see spinning movements in the wheels taking off though! Brilliant capture. Congrats on the feature.

I am an aviation nut and the opportunity to shoot a rare Mustang couldn't be passed up!Editing
Basic crop/color/sharpeningIn my camera bag
For air shows and aviation work I use the 1Dx, 5D mk3 and 70D. Usually the 500mm f4 II, 300 f2.8 II and 70-200 f2.8 II and 24-70 f2.8 II come along with me. I also use the 1.4 and 2.0 teleconverters. For all lenses I now use an ND filter to keep my aperture in check. This shot did not use one.Feedback
Practice panning like you'd do the limbo! See how low you can go with your shutter speed! And it doesn't have to be aircraft...use cars, kids, bikes, pets. Just practice til you can get sharp shots with a good amount of motion blur. And handheld is best!
