I took this photo in my backyard. It was one of my first times with a camera and I was just beginning to learn about the joys of photography.Time
I remember getting a camera from a family friend. I didn't have much experience before so I just went around my backyard finding anything I thought interesting enough to take a picture of. This photo was taken May 30 at 12:30.Lighting
I wanted to keep the natural look so I just used the sunlight.Equipment
This was shot with a D3200 and a 55-300 mm lense.Inspiration
I was looking for simple things that most people take advantage of. Most peoole see a dandelion and don't usually think anything of it but I wanted to shed some light on something most people view as an annoyance and show that it too has beauty if you keep an open mind about it.Editing
I did not do any post-processing.In my camera bag
I always have my Nikon D3200. The lense I usually use is 55-300 mm. I also carry a Sunpak DigiFlash 3000.Feedback
Go outside and keep it simple. One of my favorite things to do is have the focus on the plant and blur the background because it adds emphasis on the plant and removes unwanted distractions that may be in the background.
