Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in a small picturesque Cornish village called St Germans, down on the estuary at the yacht club.

Time

It was taken on an overcast day around midday.

Lighting

It was a cloudy day which showed up the highlights in the sky

Equipment

The equipment used was a Canon 550D with a Canon 10-22 lens on the tripod

Inspiration

I love to tour around the area as I enjoy taking landscapes of some of the beautiful places close to where I live between the moors and sea.

Editing

I enjoy experimenting with post-processing , with this one I used Topaz and Photoshop Elements

In my camera bag

I have since up-graded to a Canon 6D with 3 lenses Canon 17-40, Canon 24-105 and a Tamron macro 90mm

Feedback

I love photography and now fortunate to have retired, therefore have got the time to go out and about and just keep practicing both with the photography and the post-processing. There is so much to learn from the internet and see how others have taken some fantastic shots on Viewbug.
