Oh, dear....this takes me back to saying goodbye to my grandmother. Such a touching photo that strikes a chord in all of us who have ever had to say goodbye to a loved one.

Thank you everyone! This was one of her last moments of clarity before the Alzheimer's fully took over and took her life the next night with me holding her hand.

What an Emotional & Priceless foto Santana. I wish someone had taken a foto of me saying "Goodbye to my Dad" similar story as yours. Alzheimer's also took my DAD, I held his hand as he left this world.
