This photograph was taken in the Torres del Paine National Park, located in the region of Magallanes, Chile, in the far south of the country.
Time
Captured at sunrise, southamerican winter (July) aprox. 9:30am
Lighting
at the time that the sunrise occurs the colors depending on the clouds and reflections. Colors create different atmospheres environment as the minutes pass, as dawn takes an array of contrasts occurs

Inspiration
The inspiration for this photo is given by nature itself. Being in the southern end of the world, with a landscape of remarkable beauty and tranquility produces a feeling of calm and peace. These sensations will try to reflect on the image, an emotion produced at the time, based on the experience of travel.

Post Processing in Lightroom 5, adjust of contrast, saturation and shadows.

The southern tip of Chile has unique characteristics. The weather changes abruptly depending on the day, you can have sun, snow, wind or calm, all in one trip. One of the major features of a landscape photographer is to have patience and wait for the right time, which is essential in a place like this. The diversity of landscapes, colors, situations, one should do to be prepared and attentive to record that moment that excites you. Dawn and dusk are key moments, however daylight conditions and lenticular clouds and wind creates atmospheres as it goes. Different scenarios at stations, diversity, patience and planning.
