Location
On Black sea coast - in Odessa (Ukraine)Time
It was early morningLighting
I got up early and wanted to shoot the rising sun, but it was overcast and the sun was not visible. But I was pleased with the weather stormy sky - although the light was not the one that I would like to see )Equipment
I using Nikon D5200 ( I often shoot from low angles and I like the rotary screen in this camera). Lens Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX II AF 11-16 mm f/2.8 Tripod Manfrotto 190 XB Neutral density filter ND 1000 - B+WInspiration
I liked the dramatic stormy sky and the mood of the sea. I wanted to to convey a sense that the wave delayed the viewer into the frameEditing
Yes, I processing this picture in Lightroom. I added some clarity and made dark gradient filter to sky. Also slightly shifted the white balance to the cold sideIn my camera bag

Use the neutral density filter on day to give movement and dynamics in the frame. It can slow the shutter speed without over-exposing. This "smearing" the clouds and makes the water "as a milk". If not beautiful sunrise - shoot beautiful storm) I wish you good luck!
