This is a Stellers Jay that I shot in Yosemite NP. It took me over twenty minutes! He kept moving before I could get a shot. I was about to give up when he hoped on this piece of granite 10 feet from me and I was fortunate to capture the moment. The good news is I needed a rest from hiking to the top of the valley at the time.
