Taken while fishing on the Cape Henlopen State Park Fishing pier.This sail boat was giving rides out in the Delaware Bay to celebrate a historical occasion ( I think).It was a really neat site to see.Not the greatest pic considering it was such a cloudy day, but I liked it.This was taken with my old camera.
