This is a chosen section of a poster that was taken under magnifying glass with the source of light being an LED flashlight. This is a completely un-edited photo.

The original painting of De La Tierra was created by artist Jim Bromely in 2002. It is part of the National Center for Farmworker Health, Inc. poster collection.

Interesting and excellent composition. Curious... How did you create the lighting effect using an LED?

I tilted the magnifying glass and rested it upon the LED flashlight, the flashlight has nine LEDs and is powered by three triple A batteries. The lighting from the flashlight worked nicely because it was behind the glass which facilitated the light making a wonderful path across the poster.
