This is a photograph taken of an old film recorder and some leaflets of the Empire Theatre at Hartlepool. I took this image when on a visit to the historic place. I added a Sepia finish to the photo and did a vinette style look to finish it off.

I took this photograph whilst on a visit to the Maritime HMS Trincomalee experience in Hartlepool. This was taken in the museum they have there.Time
This was taken during the daytime, but sinse it was taken inside there wasn't that many natural lighting available so I had to make use of my flash on my camera and the artificial lights from inside the museum itself.Lighting
Like I said previously not a lot of lighting went into this photograph but I did however pop on my flash to avoid the image going fuzzy or out of focus.Equipment
The equipment that I used for this shot was my Panasonic Bridge camera and the flash that came with the camera. It was a hand held shot, as I did not bring my tripod to the location.Inspiration
A couple of months previous to this shoot, I was looking at some old photographs of my past family members and loved the old vintage looking frames and the sepia tones and colours, that the camera used at the time. I am also very interested in historical/vintage things and any objects that I see on my travels when I do have my camera to hand I always love to take photographs of, wheather it be vintage clothing, or old bycicles and tractors I will take it. So I wanted to create something similar to those photographs here.Editing
I used Photoshop elements to get the sepia colouring and also the vinette style look also.In my camera bag
The first thing that I always make sure I have is my Panasonic camera, and then equally as important as the camera is charged up batteries and an SD card and a spare, because I always seem to run out of room! I always keep a polaroid filter in my bag and a brush to wipe away any specks/dust, on my lens.Feedback
If your interest in history or vintage objects, if they are in a glass cabinent always try to shoot the shot where you yourself or the camera is not in the reflection, and if the objects are not in the glass cabinent then you might need to bump up your ISO as normally the areas are very dark, but this however could make your picture grainy. But beware if you decide to use flash always check as some places do not allow you to use it!
