WOW ... you should enter this in the Photojournalism Contest - not sure if you were showing the "high school" population evidencing "disinterest" in their fellow students - but that is what it speaks to me! How ever did you get this shot?!!!

Levitating? To me she has hung herself and the students are so disaffected by such things that they look upon it with blasé apathy...it's a strong statement on today's youth culture

Great creative image & title - congratulations. If you are conveying a message, then the only thing I can guess is that the girl hanged herself because of the pressures that school can bring onto students - perhaps you would be kind enough to explain your reasons for this image.

This image is seriously outstanding! What I take from it is an image about bullying and how children in high school are more susceptible to committing suicide due to the bullying of their peers. The other students don;t seem too interested in the hanging girl which tells me they may be her bullies. EXCELLENT shot!!! I haven't seen an image with such a powerful message in a while. Well done!

The blond girls is very forceful towards the two boys ! The boys are sitting at the back where all the shy students sit (as well as the bad boys and girls) . Good dynamics.

I actually saw this picture on Facebook and then saw it here. The girl hanging herself in the teenage society is really emotional and touched me. It's so true....no one even notices.

This sent me chills, as the mother of a teenager who hung herself, I found her, minutes from death and managed to save her. But it shows exactly what things feel like to suicidal teenagers. They feel like no one cares, no one notices.. no one gives a shit. It's time to wake up and take notice of those around you.
