Composition is nice and the colour quite good. you could have shot this at 1/500 sec or even 1/250 as the Leopard is not moving and increased your aperture to F/11 which would have brought more of the cat in focus. the other think you could try is to darken the background a lot more as well as darken the highlights a bit on the right hand side of the Leopards face.
