Canon 5D3, Zeiss Otus Distagon 55mm f/1.4 (Nikon F mount with EF adapter, so full manual). Lighting: Key light was an Paul C Buff ABR800 w/ small moon unit - second light was a Canon Speedlite 580 EX II shooting through a Light Blaster (w/ web pattern slide) and an old Nikkor 50mm f/1.2 with aqua gel over the lens

This shot is almost SOOC. Maybe adjusted wb and curves, but that's it.
