Location
This photos was taken on the Upper Deck of the Eiffel Tower, ParisTime
The photo was taken around lunch time.Lighting
I couldn't do much about the lighting with the Sun coming from the top right of the image. It was a bit hazy from up there so it diffused the light somewhat.Equipment
I used my Canon EOS 600D with my 10-20mm Sigma Lense.Inspiration
Looking over the balcony of the Eiffel Tower seemed a long way up and I thought it would be cool to capture the base of the tower, the park and the horizon in the one photo. I had to lean over the balcony a fair way while holding onto me camera securely to get the photo but it was well worth it!Editing
I blurred some of the foreground and background to miniaturise parts of the photoIn my camera bag
I carry around my Canon EOS 600D, with a number of lenses inlcuding the 10-20mm Sigma lense. I use a Lowepro Photo Sport 200 AW Backpack and the best thing I have in my bag isn't actually camera equipment but a 2L camelback that keeps me hydrated as I like to do a fair bit of bushwalking.Feedback
Carry your camera everywhere with you as you never know what opportunities might come up.
