This is a photo I shot of Fuji Apples on a silver tray rendered in black and white, manipulated and applied an affect to give the image the appearance the look as if it was a contact print from an old 4x5 sheet film camera. I love the old 4x5 press cameras like the Graflex or speed graphics. The quality and contrast they are capable of is astonishing. While the equipment is not capable of coming anywhere near this quality level I wanted to pay some small homage to it.
