A little wall in the canal, regulating the water level, seems to be a very high wall for litter. The coot took its advance of it and build a nest on top of it, having some time later three lovely ugly coot chicks.

It makes me so mad that humanity has so little respect for the Earth and its inhabitants. I think the young generation is fully aware of the problem and is willing to do something about it. Strong story telling for sure!

Thank you very much. I should hope the young generation is fully aware. In fact awareness counts only partly for young persons. That's of all time, my generation was the same.
