Location
I took this photo in my backyard the first day we brought Ranger home.
Time
It was in the afternoon and the first time Ranger had the whole backyard to explore.
Lighting
I used the natural afternoon lighting and didn't need any other lighting while shooting this photo.
Equipment
This was shot using a Canon Rebel T1i with a 18-55mm lens, my first digital camera. (Hand held it)

Inspiration
Ranger was playing with this stick and I was laying on the ground when she came up to me and lay down.
As I looked at her, she started to chew the stick so I took the photo. She was so cute and happy that I will always
remember the fun she was having in her new home.
Editing
I didn't use any post-processing after shooting this photo.
In my camera bag
I have two camera's, Canon Rebel T3i and a Canon Rebel T71. I also carry a 18-55mm, 75-300mm
and 420mm-800mm telephoto lens. I always have a tripod with me too, in case I need it.
Feedback
All I can say is don't rush when taking any photos. I was just watching Ranger and saw a great opportunity
to take this photo and also as the same time, I got other good shots of her playing. I learned to have
patience when looking for that perfect shot.
