Thanks, Mark. The hard work was done at the shooting stage, making the post production relatively easy.

Brilliant concept superbly done. As magnificent as an oil painting in a gallery!

Location
The image was taken at an abandoned hospital near Warrington, UK.Time
Late morning.Lighting
The cloudy glass helped diffuse the daylight, and it helped that the light was constant throughout.Equipment
Nikon DSLR on a tripod, fired remotely so the camera didn't move between exposures.Inspiration
Both models in the montage were on their second shoot with me for my 'Liberated Ladies' book. The dark haired model suggested the location as she had access through her involvement in 'Zombie' events there. She particularly wanted to have an Ophelia style shot taken in the pond, which we did later. This montage was not premeditated before our arrival. I just came up with the idea when I saw the amazing location. The props just happened to be there. I had to visualise how it would all fit together and shoot each part with the two models posed appropriately.Editing
Rather than go for natural colour, I chose to partly desaturate.Because the light remained constant and the camera didn't move, accurate, sharp-edged cut-outs were not necessary. In my camera bag
2 bodies; 3 zooms ranging from 18mm to 200mm; a couple of flash heads with one large diffuser; a flash/ambient meter (hardly ever used); a silver/white hand-held reflector; remote radio trigger and receiver; circular polarizer; waterproof rain cover; level; other bits and bobs.Feedback
Try to see the big picture. Shoot the scene without people as well.
