This is where it all started for me as a photographer. My sister (her horse in the picture) would participate in monthly horse shows where I would photograph everything and was even offered to photograph alongside the professional show photographer. Now don't get me wrong, I loved photography before but this is where I really started learning about lighting, shutter speed, aperture, and so forth. This is one of my favorite pictures of all time. The joy on my little cousins face is just priceless. This was the first time for him to see a horse (up close) and he was thrilled.
