I like using reflective surfaces to add some depth to my images. I feel like the water reflection is greatly overused. For this shot i used a high gloss finish painted on a piece of plywood to give me the right amount of reflection. The back was shot on a white wall using a flash to blow out the details and give a smooth uniform finish.
