Beautiful shot, for a moment I thought it was shot on film. Well done!

Location

It was around 10 o'clock AMLighting
The day before was a raining day with strong wind, so that morning the air was quite clear. The light direction was perfect and I first shot in color.....than I switched to mono in camera settings...and this is the result. i personally consider this capture one of my favotite.Equipment
I was touring around NYC as a simple tourist, so I was not carrying tons of tools...I just used a Nikon D7000 with the Nikon 24-120mm f4 with a Hoya polarizer filter. The picture was taken with a high ISO (4000) setting to add lot of grain to it and to be able to set the aperture to f18 and still have a fast shutter speed (1/250.Inspiration
NYC building always inspired me, and looking up in to the sky at these 3 buildings i think every photographers was going to get an inspiration.Editing
I use PS, but I just correct tones & light mainly. Too much editing will move yourself from a photographer position to a graphic one.In my camera bag
It depends where I go and the subjects I'm going to take picture. Normally as main body i use the Nikon D3 S or the Nikon D810. As a back up body the D7000. The nikon 24-70mm f2,8 together with the Nikon 70-200mm f2,8 VRII are never missing!Feedback
Architectural photography is not easy as it could seem. Patience & experimenting is always the best suggest I use to give to rookies. This picture was taken handheld, but serious architectural photography can not be done without a tripod, good head and a remote control.
