Location
Name of the place Guchchupani, located at Deharadoon, Uttarakhand, India.Time
this is one of my favourite image, I can say my dream shot. during travel I visited Guchchupani,Deharadoon with my wife near about 4pm on Ocobert 20, 2010. I saw the sun rays coming from back side and water vapour makes special effect. I remember the coldness of the water... :)Lighting
I see this place look like a natural wild tunnel and after entering this place you can find the darkness inside; actually this is a water falls. after entering this place I saw the sun rays coming from back side and water vapour makes special effect. This looks like a golden rays; its attract me.Equipment
Camera: Canon EOS 30D Focal Length: EFS 18-55mm I haven't any tripod in that time.I generally prefer the natural light and internal darkness creates the drama of light.Inspiration
Actually I love to travel, and love the nature story. I am a Big Fan of National Geographic. from my childhood I love National Geographic Channel. I love their documentary; specially based on travel and nature and wild life. This type of shot inspired me from childhood. Specially national Geographic Photographers and National geographic Your Shot Director, Editors, and Photographers inspired me. Another great photographer from National Geographic Lynn Johnson inspired me, and I respect her and her work too.Editing
Yes, I use Photoshop to clear views the part of the mountain and water. In my camera bag
I have Canon EOS 30D and Canon EOS 7D( Presently this camera is not with me) cameras. I have Canon EFS 18-55mm , Canon EF 100mm 2.8 USM Macro Leans anlong with Tamron 70-300mm lens(Presently this Lens is not with me). I love heavy camera. I have a drea in this year I would like to by full-frame camera either Nikon D 810 or Canon EOS 5D Mark III and a wide lens.Feedback
I think for the better result, full-frame camera is vary much helpfull; also wide fast lens can produce better result. That was very cold, and flowing water are very cold too. So, tripod can produce better result. Thank you. Love You All and my VB. Sorry for my communication (BAD ENGLISH)problem.
