I was very excited about my new Macro extension tubes,so was searching for subjects to photogragh within my home. So got the idea of capturing the water drops in motion with the Handwash bottle as the background at the washbasin. The handwash bottle has given a very mild blue backdrop to this beautiful waterdrops.Time
It was in the morning time around 11 AM on 17th September 2013 I captured this photo. Got this beautiful picture after some 100 clicks and spending about an hour or so.Lighting
The only light source for this photograph is from the in-built camera flash as the room was pitch dark where I was shooting.Equipment
This was shot with my Canon EOS 60d,50 mm 1.8 lens with Macro extenion tube attached to it.Inspiration
As a photographer, I wanted to shoot something very interesting & unique. I am always attracted by photos of water drops,so I wanted to give a try on them.Editing
There is no post-processing involved in this photo, just that I cropped the photo a bit.In my camera bag
The lens which I carry always with me is my Sigma 24-70mm,2.8 & Canon 50mm 1.8. Sometimes carry my Canon 70-300mm with me.Feedback
The most important thing required to capture similar shots is patience. Have to keep on shooting till you are satisfied with the result. One thing I learnt from this picture is we need not go somewhere to capture a good, attractive, unique photo,it can be done within our reach that too within our home. When the weather is bad and dull to go out and shoot,we can look around and get some amazing shots.
