Location
I took this photo in my pasture at my home.Actually he came up to be petted as I was shooting photos of my young grandson.Time
I believe this photo was taken around the time the sun had begun to set.There was a warm glow to the photo.Lighting
The setting sun had cast a warm glow to the setting and since I mainly use natural light, it seemed perfect for it.Equipment
I just used my camera, I believe at that time it was my Canon ST since it was still working at that time.It has since bit the dust!Inspiration
I never really thought about the inspiration of it, but since I had my camera and I am always looking for photo ops, I just pointed and shot.It turned out to be a good capture of the yearling.Editing
I just did some normal postprocessing of bringing out the colors a little more.Digital photos tend to be a little flat so I adjusted contrast and colors a little more to bring them out some.In my camera bag
I normally dont carry a bag with me, I usually just carry my camera and the lens that is on it while I shoot.I try to keep it simple so that when I see something that interests me, all I have to do is shoot it.I dont miss too many opportunities of a good photo that way.Feedback
I guess just keep it simple and have fun.That is the way I do it.I never rearrange a setting or anything because I just want to capture my world as I see it and as I want to remember it.The world is ever changing, nothing ever stays the same.Sometimes the best photos are the ones that are taken in the instant they happen.Keeping it simple seems to help in being able to capture those instants1 Thank you for liking my photo.
