Location
This photo was taken at my daughter's house. She held the vintage (1940s) nightgown up in front of her window. I photographed it with the light shining through.
Time
Could have been any time of day - I am always on the lookout for light shining through things such as clothing, glass, or other materials.
Lighting
I prefer natural lighting.
Equipment
I believe this started as a photo taken with my Canon camera, using the 24-105mm lens. Hand held, no flash, no tripod. Just seeing the light.

Inspiration
I wanted to create some way to remember and enjoy this vintage gown that my mother had worn. The possibilities are many and I have used it as a double exposure, with added effects, and by tinting it blue to simulate a vintage solar photo look.
Editing
Post processing in SnapSeed on my iPhone.
In my camera bag
Extra batteries, extra lenses, a chocolate bar, lens cleaner, 100mm lens, diffuser for the flash if I ever want to use it, lens ball, notebook.
Feedback
Play with the post processing and enjoy the light.
