This family of polar bears were fascinated with this large piece of drift wood. Truly enjoyed walking along its length. Notice that the sows tongue is black. So are polar bears skin and their fur isn't really white, its translucent. The way light reflects cause the fur to look white and the black skin helps to hold in the heat.
