One of my early experiments with a day-to-night composite this shot of the iconic 'Fish Rocks' of southern California was taken under hazy mid-morning skies, but the relative flat light actually made it an ideal shot to convert to a night composite with the Milky Way behind it. I need to go back to the map and see if this view is actually able to be captured in camera, as I'd like to do that at some point.
